Full control of the cloud printers

Print direct on any printer from the cloud. Get messages from each printer job (printed document and report) to see if the printer has printed the document or not. If there was a problem with printing the systems tries again three more times. If there still is a problem the document can be sent to another printer automatically or use another output chanel such as e-mail instead. ACS4M3 monitors all printers and check heartbeats from them every minute to see if they are "alive" and working properly.
