Performance indicators of current inventory policy are displayed to give insights on policy fulfillment and policy violation. Users can also further navigate in the dashboard to understand the combined KPIs comparisons among parts (e.g., stock turn, value, and inventory amount). The benefit of implementing recommended optimal inventory policies (e.g., decrease in holding cost and average amount of inventory carried) are represented in aggregate inventory level as well as in individual parts levels.

As data gets refreshed on a periodic basis that is determined by the business needs, the workflow triggers a series of Coleman quests, including data loading, forecast generation, inventory policy generation, simulation and model evaluation.
