We have a constant need to find out who changed what in CSD. Audit has been a critical tool in helping us identify the users who need more training and just for general accountability. They have other functionality in financial reporting and operational reporting which we're exploring as well and have been very impressed with. This is one of the best tools we've seen.

Agile dragon helped us obtain accurate AP and AR reporting. This simplified our requirements and communications with our bank to obtain a line of credit. We were also able to streamlined our collections process with better AR Reporting.

We started working with Agile Dragon a few months after our go-live (April 2024 A+ to CSD)—not because we wanted to, but because we had to. Some of our business-critical reports for the ownership team just weren’t getting done. Agile Dragon stepped in and made a huge difference. They didn’t just replicate the custom reports we had in A+, they improved and expanded them to better fit our business needs. Before that, we tried working directly with Infor Birst to build these reports, but we ran into roadblocks due to the limitations of native Birst. For example, one key report took them weeks to work on, only for them to tell us they couldn’t pull it off because the data couldn’t be joined the way we needed. Agile Dragon delivered that same report in just a few business days. The Agile Dragon team has been outstanding. They’re always available, flexible, and ready to help, especially when urgent requests come in from our ownership team. Their responsiveness and expertise have been greatly appreciated.

This is a helpful note for folks looking for an easier way to Audit record changes in CSD. Agile Dragon's Audit tool saved me a ton of time compared to querying and sifting through records from the data lake. For us, it was a no-brainer.

We started using Agile Dragon a couple months ago to help us get better Birst reporting and to get some custom reporting since we converted to CSD in January. The ADG team has been awesome to work with. They have been very available and flexible when urgent needs have come up. They are quick to assist and answer questions. We are still learning to use the Operations, Audit and Financials packs but we are very satisfied so far.

The Agile Dragon Pack has been a great addition to our Birst application. The Operations Pack provides a much more streamlined data model, which makes it easier to create reports and dashboards. The Audit Pack allows us to know who is making changes to records, and also helps us manage security and user permissions. Also their Grid configuration creates an Excel-like experience within Birst in regards to filtering and analyzing data, without the need to export anything! Even more, I cannot say enough about the help that they have provided and and the training resources they offer. They have FREE learning material and information about Birst on their website in the Dragon Den. This was my go to when I needed to learn Birst, it is invaluable. And they are always willing to answer questions and jump in and help whenever needed. Everything that they provide is all used within Birst so there is no need to purchase an additional reporting tool, which saved us money. I highly recommend Agile Dragon Group and their content packs!!!

Berner is very excited about the possible impacts the Dragon Grid will have on our users. Our users seem to expect to see more than 50K records in a dashboard, and now they do not have to assemble their data in spreadsheets.

ADG assisted us with moving away from Infor Reporting to utilizing Dragon Pack® in Birst. They are very easy to work with and will build any custom reports and requirements you are needing, along with some really good training resources. We have gained a lot of visibility and functionality by going through this process as well. Additional functionality such as the Audit Solution have come online at no additional cost since we began, making our decision even more of a slam dunk.

The Agile folks have been very helpful with Birst and the Audit tool they have is great! Definitely better than using DataLake with AllVariations to find out who did something. Recommended for anyone that has compliance requirements. Quick and easy to get the information you need.

When we moved to CSD, we moved 300+ users and no easy way to see who has what permissions. Through ADG’s Audit solution, we can now see all of our users and their permissions in a single Birst report. With so many users changing roles, it took a lot of work to keep up and see what permissions everyone has. Having the changed by Name not just their user id is a game changer, I will be using this daily, and it would be helpful to anyone with more than a handful of users. And I must confess the install was super easy and took way less time than I thought it would! The ADG team was super helpful with that and they have a great support page (Dragon Den) that can help answer questions anyone may have. And not just about their solution but about Birst in general!
