The Infor HR Talent development team has started a new initiative to provide templates for standard file-based integrations. These templates are built and exported using the File Creation Utility and then made available to customers and consultants on the Infor Marketplace (https://market.infor.com) for free. This File Creation Utility (FCU) template allows creation of files that contain of Employee Deductions and Employee Changes for 457b to Fidelity Investments.

Webhooks are commonly used by external services to send notifications when specific events occur. Infor HookHub facilitates this process through its REST and Queue handlers. The REST handler is responsible for managing webhook configurations, allowing multiple webhooks to be created with distinct authentication schemes. We want to provide File Creation Utility (FCU) setups that a customer or consultant can import to their system and use as a starting point for interfaces commonly built on past projects. Because customers will implement our software differently and since third party vendors often change their file formats, we cannot support these in the standard product but are offering the templates to help expedite the build and testing of frequently used file exports as well as to demonstrate the capabilities of FCU.
