M3 Data Upload Tool

Simplify data uploads to Infor M3/Cloudsuite

Developer:Fortude

Download template & upload bulk data

Once the API transaction and program is selected, an .xlsx API template can be downloaded which the user can fill with data. When the upload button is clicked, the system will validate the fields by checking if all the mandatory fields are filled in the uploaded file. Once the validation is successful, the data will be saved in the local Mongoose database. The Program and transaction must be selected before uploading the .csv or .xlsx file.

Parallel / Sequential processing

Once the data is saved in the local database, it’s possible to process the data 'sequentially' or 'parallelly'. If data is processed parallelly, the data will be processed in batches and sequential processing will process the data in the given file order. Even if the application is closed after making a request, data processing will not be affected.

Data Upload Summary

A summary of all updated results and processes can be viewed in the Summary screen. Summary can be filtered according to the Date, Program, and Transaction. It is also possible to visualize the summary of transaction details.

Data Upload Tool Audit log

The job histories, tasks, and information of a particular user can be viewed in the M3 Data Upload Tool Audit log screen. The history can be filtered according to Date, User, Company, Division, Program, and Transaction. The audit log also prompts errors in background processes.
